SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Kids Curated Apparel (“KCA”) will undertake to ship your order with minimal interruptions. We understand how important it is to receive your order on time and we will do everything in our power to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. SHIPPING RATES

KCA offers complimentary shipping within Canada with a minimum purchase of $200 CDN before tax and to the Continental USA with a minimum purchase of $150 CDN before tax. We will have your order prepared for ship out within 48-72 hours. If you require your items sooner, please contact customer service so that we can do our best to accommodate you.

Transit times are estimates only and are heavily dependent on shipping locale. Please note that all dates and ranges outlined in the tables below refer to business days as deliveries do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays and/or Canadian Statutory/ Civic Holidays.

PLACING AN ORDER

Orders placed by 2 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding Canadian Major or Statutory Holidays referred to hereinafter as “ Stat Holidays”) will be processed and shipped within 3 Business Days. Orders received after 2 pm, over the weekend or on Statutory/Civic Holidays will not be received until the following business day. Before your order has been prepared for shipment, you can e-mail KCA at customerservice@kidscuratedapparel.com during regular business hours for any immediate concerns. If you place an order and wish to cancel the order prior to ship out, please note that an administration fee will apply.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once you have completed your order online, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order has been shipped. You will be provided with instructions so that you will be able track your order through our designated carrier. Kids Curated Apparel assumes no liability for uncontrollable events that occur from having been provided with incorrect mailing address(es). Please ensure that accurate information is provided in your customer profile and throughout the checkout process.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Items shipped within Canada will be subject to all applicable federal and provincial taxes which will be applied at checkout. Multiple items placed in the same order destined to the same designated address will be consolidated into one shipment.

We use Canada Post as our designed carrier and our shipments are dispatched with a tracking number and insured for loss or damage up to a value of $100 CDN. Confirmation of delivery is also provided. KCA does not ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarding Services.

Complimentary shipping to the Continental USA is available for orders over $150 CDN. Kids Curated Apparel uses Canada Post for our cross-border shipments. Please note that the customer is responsible for all brokerage, duties and taxes for their shipment. If you have any questions about the duties or taxes in your state, please do not hesitate to contact customerservice@kidscuratedapparel.com. Transit times vary as the customs clearance process can sometimes delay a shipment. KCA does not ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarding Services.

RETURN POLICY

Kids Curated Apparel strives for customer satisfaction and we hope you enjoy your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied by the shopping experience, kindly send us an email so that we can correct the situation. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and we hope that we make the shopping experience at KCA easy and fun and that your child’s closet is fashionably curated with KCA apparel!!

Online purchases may be returned to Kids Curated Apparel by mail and must be received within 5 days of the delivery date. To be entitled to a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging. All original tags must be attached.

Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval of Kids Curated Apparel and Kids Curated Apparel reserves the right to limit or refuse a return in its sole discretion. Please note that ALL sales are final on all promotional and sales items, accessories, undergarments and swimwear. Orders during promotions (15% Off First Purchase Promo) and sales ( including Black Friday promotions) can be exchanged for merchandise credit only – refunds will not be issued. Orders cannot be cancelled on sale merchandise.

All shipping, brokerage, taxes and duties are non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for paying any and all shipping and duty costs for any item returned by mail. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Items purchased on sale can be returned for merchandise credit only. Refunds are not offered on sale items.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Kids Curated Apparel carefully inspects all items before they are packed and shipped but unfortunately mistakes do happen. Should you find that the item or items you have purchased online is/are damaged or defective, please contact Kids Curated Apparel via email within 24 hours of having received your order and include detailed photographs of the item(s) so KCA can assess the damage/defect. Please note that these photos are required for our records and remember to include and reference the order confirmation number.

TO RETURN BY MAIL

Please contact Kids Curated Apparel via e-mail at customerservice@kidscuratedapparel.com (please reference your order confirmation ) with your request before returning your item(s). Kids Curated Apparel will issue a return authorization number for you which must be written on the outside of the package or Kids Curated Apparel will not accept it at the time of return. Please do not leave unattended parcels at our warehouse. Kids Curated Apparel bears no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of unattended parcels left at our venue that were intended for return.

We recommend that you use your preferred trusted courier that provides you with a tracking number and proof of delivery. Please retain the tracking information for your ease of reference. Please note that KCA will not be responsible for any delays, lost packages or missing items during the return shipping process. You are solely responsible for all shipping and duty costs associated with the return. It is your responsibility to ensure all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging wherever possible and that your original invoice or order confirmation email is included. All return items must have their tags affixed in the original manner and be in their original condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will your process your return and your refund will be made in the form of the original payment. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Please note that Kids Curated Apparel reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet the policy requirements outlined herein.

 

If you return an item that is worn, damaged, stained, without authorization or original tags attached or if the item is not returned in a timely manner following the issuance of your return authorization number, your return and refund will not be processed.You will be notified via email that your return was denied and you will be given the opportunity to have the item shipped back to you at your expense. If we do not have a response from you within 10 business days, the item will be donated to a children’s shelter.
